Additional tracking numbers can be purchased directly through the call tracking portal and they are ready to use instantly.

  1. Log into the Call Control Portal.
  2. Select Orders from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select the Country and Type of number(s) required.
  4. Choose Search to show a list of available numbers.

  5. Choose Add for each number you want to purchase.
  6. The selected numbers will be added to your Basket Summary on the right-hand side.

  7. Select Remove to delete numbers from your basket.
  8. Select Checkout to continue to checkout.
  9. Select Yes to confirm the purchase of the numbers or select No to cancel.

  10. The selected numbers will be available in your account immediately and available to be assigned to a Campaign Pool.
