Additional tracking numbers can be purchased directly through the call tracking portal and they are ready to use instantly.
- Log into the Call Control Portal.
- Select Orders from the left-hand menu.
- Select the Country and Type of number(s) required.
- Choose Search to show a list of available numbers.
- Choose Add for each number you want to purchase.
- The selected numbers will be added to your Basket Summary on the right-hand side.
- Select Remove to delete numbers from your basket.
- Select Checkout to continue to checkout.
- Select Yes to confirm the purchase of the numbers or select No to cancel.
- The selected numbers will be available in your account immediately and available to be assigned to a Campaign Pool.
